At Noah's Fine Watches & Jewelry, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our luxury timepieces and fine jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition.

Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original presentation box with all certificates of authenticity, manuals, and warranty cards included to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid, insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
